Concord Ladies Tennis Wins 1st Round Match Against Bluefield

(ATHENS, WV)---Concord University advanced to the quarterfinals of the WVIAC Women's Tennis Tournament with a 5-1 victory versus Mercer County rival Bluefield State. The Lady Lions won two of three doubles matches to open play and then closed out the contest with victories at #4, #5, and #6 singles.
Concord advances to face top-seeded Charleston on Friday. Today's scores and tournament pairings follow:
