Both of Concord's Track & Field teams returned to Marietta College (OH) for the second consecutive weekend, competing in the the Marietta College Open #2 at the Dyson-Baudo Recreation Center.
Each Mountain Lion squad finished in fourth place.
Senior Dennis Cole won the men's 55-meter dash, giving the Mountain Lions' their only event victory. Cole also finished 5th in the 200 meters.

Nate Tanner was runner-up in the long jump ... Kareem Royal 3rd in the high jump ... Bobby Thompson 3rd in the shot put ... John Gadmomski 4th in the 55-meter hurdles ... Nathan Rees 5th in the 800 meters ... the team of Lance McDaniel, Rees, Brad Dugan and Brad Ferguson finished 4th in the 4 x 400 relay.
WOMEN
Shawnee Carnett was runner-up in the 200 meters, with Brittany Pratt 3rd ... Carnett was also runner-up in the 400 meters, with Brittany Robbins 5th ... Pratt completed a busy day with a 3rd in the long jump and a 5th in the pole vault ... Chelsea Callaway and Carli Stout finished second and third in the 3000 meters ... Rachel Williams and Danielle Pye were 3rd and 4th, respectively, in the 800 meters ... Megan Savoli 5th in the 500 meters ... Lydia Powell 5th in the 55-meter dash ... the team of Williams, Powell, Robbins and Carnett was 2nd inthe 4 x 400 relay.
