Damien Tunstalle scored 21 points and Cory Willard 15, but the Concord Men's Basketball team let slip a late lead in a 70-65 loss to UPJ Thursday night at the Pitt-Johnstown Sports Center.

The 22nd of UPJ's 25 turnovers resulted in a layup by Chance Smith and a 63-61 Concord lead with 3:58 in the game.
But two late turnovers by the Mountain Lions helped Pitt-Johnstown score nine of the game's final 11 points to grab the win.

Damien Tunstalle led Concord (4-14, 3-10 WVIAC) with 21 points.  Cory Willard added 15.

6'8", 255-pound center Patrick Grubbs topped UPJ (10-9, 6-8) wth a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds.  Danny Branch added 18 points and Andy Byer 15.

Concord's next scheduled game will be at 5:30 pm on Thursday, February 11 against Alderson-Broaddus, part of a WVIAC doubleheader at the Carter Center.
The Concord women will open the twinbill with a 5:30 start.
