McDANIEL LEADS TRACK TEAM AT WAKE FOREST
SENIOR FINISHES 9th IN STEEPLECHASE

A strong showing in the men’s 3000 meter steeplechase highlighted the Concord Track teams’ performance in the Wake Forest Open on Friday and Saturday, March 19th and 20th, at Kentner Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC.
Senior Lance McDaniel finished 9th in the event – the Mountain Lions’ top individual result of the weekend. Teammate Nathan Rees just missed the top ten, finishing 11th, while Brad Dugan came in 15th.

12th place in the men’s 4 x 100 relay
14th place in the women’s 4 x 400 relay
18th place in the women’s 4 x 100 relay
Shawnee Carnett finishing 19th in the women’s 400 meters
